SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances, your order will ship within 2-5 business days (for orders in the U.S.). During inclement weather and/or busy seasons (holidays, summer show season, etc.), please allow for 5-7 business days.

Once an order is placed, packaged, and sent, the item belongs to you. You will receive a tracking number via email.

If your purchase is for a birthday or other special occasion please email us at nichellelee@nichelle-lee.com to request priority shipping, or you may opt to pay for rush delivery if you’d like it delivered in 1-3 days. Additionally, if you have a special gift message you want to be included please email us and we’d be happy to include a handwritten note.

* HOLIDAY AND COVID UPDATES: With all carriers being short-staffed and overworked due to Covid and increased online holiday shopping, services have been much slower than normal. Priority mail, which is usually 1-3 days, is now taking up to 7 days or longer. Some packages are not being scanned or tracked by USPS, and UPS is also running behind.
