MEASURE YOUR NECK FOR NECKLACE SIZE/LENGTH

STEP 01: Take a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and wrap it around your neck, keeping it parallel to the floor as you measure.

STEP 02: If you’re using a string, mark your size with a marker before measuring the length with a ruler. Then add 2”-4” to get your recommended chain length. For example, if you are a person with a neck size measuring 16,” your recommended chain length is 18”-20.”

STEP 03: Choose the necklace that you want to order and check the size of it in the description. To understand how the necklace will lay on you, we suggest you use a piece of string or flexible tape measure to check the length on yourself.

MEASURE YOUR WRIST FOR BRACELET SIZE

STEP 01: Take a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would ordinarily wear your bracelet. Make it as loose or as snug as you want your bracelet to fit.

STEP 02: If you're using a string, mark your size with a marker before measuring the length with a ruler. If you’re using a flexible tape measure, make a note of your wrist size.

STEP 03: If you’re using a piece of string to determine your bracelet size, lay the string on a ruler to get the length of you should order in inches.

Nichelle Lee’s quality, handmade jewelry is delicate. The best way to maintain the quality of our jewelry is to take great care of your metals and gemstones.

Please store your piece(s) individually in a clean and dry place such as a soft-lined bag or jewelry box while not in use.

Jewelry should be worn only after washing or applying makeup, hair spray, gels, lotions, or perfume. Avoid high temperatures and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Wearing jewelry while swimming or bathing is not recommended.

Use a soft, clean cloth to keep your jewelry clean. To avoid scratching, do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners, hot water, cleaners, or paper towels to clean your metals and gemstones.

We use metals like sterling silver, stainless steel, and brass, which are excellent choices for people who are allergic to other base metals, such as nickel. We choose the best quality of minerals and gemstones for our pieces.
