RETURN POLICY

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

I take pride in my craftsmanship and customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your new jewelry from Nichelle Lee. Please read all policies below:

Exchanges: 30 days 

Returns: 15 days. 

All Items must be unworn (with tags attached), undamaged, and in their original condition.

Custom and clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange any product purchased on Nichelle-Lee.com please email for approval within 30 days of receipt (verified by carrier’s delivery date). Items then must be received for exchange within 7 days of approval. Items purchased during the holiday season (November 15th-December 31st) may be exchanged through January 15th of the following year.

Items may only be exchanged for those of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, instructions for additional payment will be sent via digital invoice. Please DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Email is not secure, and Nichelle Lee is not responsible for any personal information sent by email.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return any product, please email for approval within 15 days of receipt (verified by carrier delivery date). If, in Nichelle Lee’s sole discretion, items are approved for return, items must then be returned and received by Nichelle Lee within 7 days of approval. Items purchased during the holiday season (November 15th-December 31st) may be returned through January 15 of the following year.

Returns must be made by and refunded to the original purchaser and via the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of item(s). Original shipping amount is non-refundable.

Repairs:

I test the durability of every piece of jewelry but on occasion accidents happen. If an item breaks or is damaged and you want it repaired email me for approval. If approval is given for repair, damaged items then must be received within 10 days of approval. Each piece is unique and there may be times when stones, pendants, or clasps are unavailable and comparable items may be used during the repair process. Depending on the repair there may be a small cost in addition to shipping. If there is a fee, you will receive an invoice. Please DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Email is not secure, and Nichelle Lee is not responsible for any personal information sent by email. We will discuss all options and logistics prior to initiating any repairs.  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING EXCHANGES,  RETURNS, or REPAIRS: 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. 

Exchanges: 

The UPS Ground carrier rate or $3.50 for first class mail will be added to your invoice. This will be determined and communicated via the exchange email.

Please pack the item(s) well to protect from damage during shipping. Customers are solely responsible for providing safe shipment. A box or padded envelope is recommended. Please do not send any item unprotected in a standard envelope. Insuring your package and procuring a tracking number is also highly recommended as Nichelle Lee will hold no responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

Be sure to include a note in the package with the exchange/return/repair details, your email, and return shipping address.
